2. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership

Respecting proprietary intellectual property is central to our business:

• Client IP: All code, lore, 3D character concepts, brand assets, and game design documents provided by the client remain the sole property of the client.
• Deliverable Transfer: Ownership of custom-developed code, 3D rigs, and visual assets transfers fully to the client upon full payment of agreed project milestones.
• Website IP: All content, design elements, and logos on korvexagames.com belong exclusively to Korvexa Games and may not be reproduced without written consent.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We treat all client project materials, source code, game mechanics, and commercial negotiations as strictly confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose proprietary information to third parties without prior authorization, enforced by project-specific NDAs.

4. Acceptable Website Use

When interacting with our website and communication channels, you agree not to:

• Submit false contact information or fraudulent inquiry details.
• Attempt to compromise site infrastructure, bypass security layers, or deploy malicious scripts.
• Scrape, extract, or republish text, portfolio assets, or branding elements without explicit authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability
